“Working the Conference and Banqueting department at the London Hilton on Park Lane is always a pleasure. I work with a multitude of venue in London and I can honestly say that the C&B team at the Hilton really set a high benchmark. With great communication throughout the build up to the event, the team at the Hilton are always on hand and happy with any issues or queries that arise.
They really excel in all areas from the account manager and operations department through to the service staff and the kitchen. The food is always great so it’s never difficult picking out a first class menu for my event.
The team are knowledgeable, highly professional and they run a remarkably slick and efficient operation. When the stress levels rise and pressure mounts it’s great to know that you can reply on the people you work with, you can undoubtedly depend upon the Hilton.

Thank you very much to you and your team for looking after us all so well at the Association’s Luncheon; it was a great success. We have received many comments about the wonderful meal; the starter, main course and dessert were all delicious and the petit fours were stunning.
