“Working the Conference and Banqueting department at the London Hilton on Park Lane is always a pleasure. I work with a multitude of venue in London and I can honestly say that the C&B team at the Hilton really set a high benchmark. With great communication throughout the build up to the event, the team at the Hilton are always on hand and happy with any issues or queries that arise.
They really excel in all areas from the account manager and operations department through to the service staff and the kitchen. The food is always great so it’s never difficult picking out a first class menu for my event.
The team are knowledgeable, highly professional and they run a remarkably slick and efficient operation. When the stress levels rise and pressure mounts it’s great to know that you can reply on the people you work with, you can undoubtedly depend upon the Hilton.

Grand Ballroom
The elegant and dazzling Grand Ballroom, one of the largest hotel ballrooms in London, is perfect for any large event - from the dedicated foyer to the interior, the ballroom hosts up to 1,250 guests, depending on size and set up. The accessible Ballroom is entirely adaptable, with special sets and lighting, including crystal chandeliers, transforming to meet your exact needs. It features state-of-the-art audio visual facilities, including sound reproduction of broadcast quality, so your event can be televised with ease. For any successful, large-scale event, the Grand Ballroom is the only location in London to consider. However, if you want the exclusivity and ambience of the Grand Ballroom for a smaller audience, this flexible venue can be sub-divided to cater for 70 through to 400 people.
Wellington Ballroom & Harvest Suite
The Wellington Ballroom is conveniently located on the first floor with spectacular views looking over Park Lane and Hyde Park. The floor to ceiling windows allow natural daylight in and by night the Ballroom is lit by spectacular chandeliers. The venue perfectly hosts high-class conferences and celebrations for up to 550 people. The fully accessible room is integrated with 3 phase power, a sound system and air conditioning to help aid any event. Again, the Wellington is completely adaptable, able to transform from a banquet to a board meeting.
The elegant Harvest Suite is adjacent to the Wellington Ballroom and is perfect for hosting reception drinks or to act as a breakout area for up to 200.
Coronation & Hertford
The Coronation and Hertford Suites situated on the second floor overlooks Park Lane and Hyde Park and can be used as two separate rooms, or as a larger single space with a capacity for up to 250 guests reception style or 150 for a dinner dance. Light streaming in from windows on two sides gives a warm glow to the rich cherry wood panelling covering the walls. Both rooms incorporate flexible lighting, a sound system and air conditioning. They also have their own separate foyer and registration area and are fully accessible.
Crystal Palace Suite
Named after Joseph Paxton's magnificent glass and steel pavilion built for the Great Exhibition of 1851, the Crystal Palace Suite can host between 40 and 100 people for banquets or private dinners. The room benefits from natural daylight through its floor to ceiling windows with views of Hyde Park, but is lit by candle light in the evenings, transforming the room into a fairytale setting - perfect for elegant dinners. Dinner dances can be catered for, as a dance floor can be added to the room accommodating 80 people, and the mirrored walls discreetly hide the integrated sound system. For a memorable event, in a prestigious area of London, look no further than the Crystal Palace room.
